BuonMarrow is an EIC Pathfinder project developing an integrated organ-on-chip platform that combines a mechanically active bone marrow model, a miniaturized fluidic pump system, and optical metasurface biosensors for real-time biomarker detection. Integrating microfluidics and sensing technologies, the platform enables continuous monitoring of biological signals for biomedical research, with its primary application being the early detection of lung cancer relapse.
